We offer bespoke solutions in Magnetising, Demagnetising, Magnet Calibration and Setting, Analysis and Diagnostics for prototype and production volumes alike. Our solutions fit the needs of our customers and products can be made to work amongst current tried and test production methods or be a building block for new processes.

Redcliffe's team of experienced engineers have also developed MagScan and unique diagnostic tool that utilises bespoke in-house developed software to drive a mechanical scanning table. The tool uses hall effect sensors to capture the magnetic properties of various assembly types transfering this information to the software programme which in turn produces 2D or 3D representation of the field in question.
