Redcliffe are an acknowledged centre of excellence in magnetics and electronic technologies. The development since 1984 of Nd-Fe-B based ‘super magnets’ has facilitated and improved production of fast, compact, powerful and efficient systems such as hard disk drives, battery operated handheld power tools, compact disc players and ‘greener’ white goods such as washing machines.

RML have been instrumental in the development of systems for complex, often multi-pole magnetisation of permanent magnet system assemblies used in such products. Innovative magnetics diagnostic equipment for quality control and characterisation is a natural RML strength, as embodied in the MagScan magnetic field mapping system, bringing together actual magnetic field measurement and advance computer modelling with state of the art graphics visualisation analysis.

We are also a technology leader in magnetising and demagnetising. A key service is the provision of bespoke ‘complex solution’ magnetics consultancy, including advanced magnetised fixture design. Redcliffe also offer the complete range of FW Bell Gaussmeters and Probes.
