Solutions that meet the criteria in the Requirements Specifications, which have been produced by our design team or supplied by a customer.

Design analysis and justification

Circuit analysis and design justifications if required.

Equipment specifications

Producing draft and final equipment specifications.

Prototype testing and modelling

Prototype testing and modelling Prototype and pre-production models to ensure high confidence in the final documented design.

Type approval

Full formal specification documentation, maintenance schedules and CAD produced drawings to both British and International standards.

Reliability analysis

Designing to meet your reliability requirements, including failure rate calculations and FMEAs to support safety justification activities.

Reverse engineering

Analysing, documenting and redesigning old equipment where little or no documentation exists.

Obsolescence management

We have many years of experience in supporting obsolete components, redesigning circuitry where necessary. Our design team is on hand to solve obsolescence issues with the manufacturing team.
